PERFORMANCES |
| The minimum performance time is limited to : thirty (30) minutes with a maximum time limit of two (2) hours - with one ten-minute (10) break when needed. |

| I will perform all genres requested and, if told one week in advance, I’m willing perform any specially requested songs. All performances are to be negotiated and confirmed two weeks in advance. A 48-hour notice for a performance cancellation is required. Once any performance has commenced requests for changes or re-negotiation of the program as is being presented will be extremely limited. |
Each offer is negotiable but the preferred rate is $20.00 per hour. If after arriving at scheduled performance and realizing my services are not needed, I will be entitled to receive a minimum, $20.00 one-hour fee. |

GUITAR LESSONS
These classes are designed to evolve your talents today into what they can be tomorrow.For a negotiated fee, I will supply a full and intricate curriculum. I will teach students whatever is requested…whether it is basic notes, basic chords, learning improvisational or specific songs, vocal control and/or strum patterns.
Minimum time limit of lessons previously discussed is thirty (30) minutes, the length of any lesson can be unlimited.
Time and place of lesson depends on what the student requests. Offers can be negotiated but the minimum rate is $10.00 per hour.
All negotiated lessons and appointments are to be confirmed one week in advance.
Lesson cancellations require a 48-hour notice.

There are no re-negotiations of any billing for lessons once any session has commenced or has been completed. I may provide acoustic training guitar for an initial lesson but a student should, and is expected to, have their own instrument.
The student will be responsible for lesson fees in any event including not having a guitar available for any lesson. It is not my responsibility to “switch off” or to utilize the same guitar.
If a guitar is not available for the student, for any reason, I will continue the lesson orally until the lesson is completed or the minimum lesson time is up.
